1. Could you introduce ShopMy and share some insights into what your company does?

Founded in 2020, ShopMy has become the must-know platform in the content creation space for both creators and brands.

Created by a trio of technologists out of MIT and Harvard, ShopMy is the premium all-in-one creator-centric ecosystem that connects top brands and influential creators. Our mission is to bridge the gap between influencers and brands, eliminating barriers to collaboration while empowering our partners to take charge of their growth.

Today, ShopMy powers a network of over 130k top creators, with access to 50k+ commissionable brands. From affiliate linking to streamlined gifting and performance insights, the platform equips creators with the tools to grow their business — while giving brands a scalable solution to discover, activate, and manage creator partnerships.

 

2. As a leading influencer network, what are the primary goals or objectives you’re aiming to achieve?

ShopMy unites brands and creators to power trustworthy recommendations and shared success in the evolving landscape of influence. Our goal is to make these partnerships easier to activate, scale, and measure — blending authentic creator content with performance-driven results. On average, brands see a 5x ROI through ShopMy, all while building lasting brand value.

With innovative tools like automated gifting and Opportunities, we’re pioneering a more efficient model for creator collaboration — one that empowers brands to discover talent and track performance in real-time. At its core, ShopMy is redefining what’s possible when authentic recommendations meet performance marketing.

 

3. What motivated your decision to partner with Commission Factory and Awin?

Following a successful partnership with Awin across key global markets, partnering with Commission Factory was a natural next step. As we continue to expand internationally,  the APAC region — and Australia in particular — present an exciting opportunity to build meaningful partnerships in a new market.

Partnering with Commission Factory allows us to grow our presence in the region, offering Australian advertisers direct access to ShopMy’s network of top-tier talent and tools to grow and scale their creator marketing efforts.

 

4. Can you walk us through how your team typically operates or collaborates with partners?

We offer a few different ways to collaborate with ShopMy, depending on your needs and goals as a brand. The first is as a Commissionable Partner — a CPA-only entry point to working with us. There is no integration fee to work with ShopMy in an organic, commissionable capacity. By inviting us to your Commission Factory program, creators can begin linking to your products and earning commission on the sales they drive.

The second option is through Paid Placements. Once you’re set up as a Commissionable Partner and looking to increase visibility across our network of creators, you can invest in placements such as Newsletter Spotlights or Push Notifications to boost exposure and performance.

Finally, brands can join our platform as a Brand Partner, a paid subscription which provides full ShopMy platform access. This level of partnership would unlock tools - such as creator discovery, gifting, and analytics to optimize and scale your creator marketing efforts.

6. What initiatives or developments are planned for ShopMy in the coming year?

We’re gearing up to launch a new feature in Summer 2025 that gives creators more ways to share curated product recommendations with their audiences — and helps shoppers discover products they love in a more intentional, trusted way. We’re excited about the potential this has to drive increased sales for our Brand Partners — it’s built to work organically through creator activity, and we’ve already seen early traction from brands that are resonating with their communities. This innovation represents our continued commitment to making creator marketing as measurable and effective as traditional performance channels.
