Embrace Equity: Celebrating International Women’s Day 2023

The International Women's Day of 2023 recognises the extraordinary contributions of women worldwide while also advocating for their equal treatment and rights.

At Commission Factory, we believe in celebrating the achievements of women around the globe and recognising their efforts in making our world a better place. But we also know that significant roadblocks in access and opportunity keep many women from achieving success.

International Women's Day allows us to talk about this equity gap and help push for meaningful change. By promoting gender pay equality, greater female representation in media, and stronger support for female entrepreneurs, women can have the same rights, opportunities, and resources as men.

#EmbraceEquity

This year's IWD theme is #EmbraceEquity. It's a call to recognise the importance of equity in achieving gender parity and breaking down barriers to progress.

Equity is about building a world where everyone is treated equally regardless of gender, race, religion, or background. It's about striving for more diversity in the workplace, reducing salary gaps, and leveling the playing field so everyone has the same chance at success.

Each year, Commission Factory celebrates International Women's Day to reaffirm our commitment to creating an equitable society. We believe in creating a more inclusive environment that supports and empowers women, and a more balanced culture that celebrates their successes.

Women in Leadership

We're proud to have a great management team and work with amazing people within this industry. Our Flex Your Hustle podcast draws inspirational stories from female entrepreneurs, and we love hearing how equity has fostered their achievements.

Through our podcast, we can celebrate and support these female entrepreneurs' achievements and hope to inspire a more equitable environment for everyone. Check out episodes featuring Pascale Helyar-Moray from Super Rewards, Sam Brett from Naked Sundays, Kahrissa Bell from Mr. Consistent, Gai Le Roy from IAB Australia, and Jody Allen from Stay at Home Mum.

How we support the team

Commission Factory believes in caring for our employees and providing them with a positive work-life balance. Our employee benefits package is what sets us apart from other companies in our industry.

We value our female employees and ensure they have a positive work-life balance. Our unique benefits like the 4-day workweek, discounted travel insurance, and language courses, are here to support them.

Additionally, our female-friendly working arrangements and generous vacation policies make balancing their work and personal life easier.

We also offer flexible working hours that allow our employees to work from home or adjust their work times to suit their needs. This flexibility ensures that our employees can effectively balance their work and personal responsibilities.
